You may add macros on PDF documents you print. There are two groups the macros are divided into: Network and Date/Time

Network macros include:

1. User. Shows what user printed the document.
2. Machine. Shows from what machine the document was printed.
3. Domain. Shows from what domain the document was printed.
4. IP. Shows from what IP address the document was printed.

Date/Time macros include:

1. Date. If chosen Adds the date when PDF document is being printed.
2. Time. If chosen adds the time when PDF document is being printed.
3. Datetime. If chosen shows the date and the time when PDF document is being printed.

It is also possible to make these settings default for all users of your computer. If you wish to do this you should choose radio button with the text "Make these settings default for all users of this computer".

To open Help topics click Help button.

To load settings you saved before click Load settings from file button.

To save current settings click Save settings to file button.

As soon as you customized the settings you wanted click Apply to make your new settings be applied.
